Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping is a flat rate per order, regardless of order size or destination within the United States.
- Standard Shipping – $10 flat rate, 3 to 7 business days
- Express Shipping – $15 flat rate, 2 business days
Delivery estimates begin the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Orders received on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. CINCH Traps observes all major US holidays and does not fulfill or ship orders on those days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier. Orders ship from our facility in Portland, Oregon.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once they have been handed off to the carrier, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
